Overall, the hotel offers a decent experience with clean rooms and well-kept facilities. The entertainment staff were the highlight for us, making our stay enjoyable. However, the food options can be repetitive, and we often found the queues frustrating. While the hotel caters mostly to Eastern European guests, it still provides plenty of activities for families and couples alike.
